  Food was good. The onion rings were so good AND you get quite a few (unlike most places where you get 3-4 rings per order). Service was great. Sat on the deck outside. Didn't realize how noisy it would be. Lots of traffic going by. Otherwise, it was very nice. Desserts were very pricey. They don't have a dessert menu. You look at them in a pastry case and order. Should have asked how much before ordering as there were no prices posted.

  Our family stopped by the Family Pizza Restaurant &Grill for lunch while out exploring the area. The casual family restaurant was just what we were looking for and weren't disappointed.
  
  The entrance wasn't obvious and we ended up walking in the exit at the front of the restaurant. We later saw the entrench was on the side of the restaurant we didn't walk on from the rear parking lot. No big deal, just good to know.
  
  The restaurant was bustling and busy with a Sunday late breakfast or early lunch crowd. We were able to get seated right away, but a wait could have easily been possible. Aside from out meals the dishes being delivered to neighboring tables looked delicious with good sized portions.
  
  Our son ordered the kids mozzarella with fries. Rather than sticks it came as as a rectangle. The server checked with him to make sure that was OK. That was nice because kids can object to food fir any reason, especially if it looks different than expected. He ended up enjoying it.
  
  We ordered a barbecue chicken pizza. The medium worked well for the two of us and we still had some to bring home. There was a good amount of barbecue sauce on the pizza to give it that good barbecue flavor.
  
  Overall it was good, family restaurant food. We'll certainly go back.

  My first time coming out to the restaurant after hearing good things. Our waitress was extremely nice and welcoming. We came in one hour before they closed and we weren’t rushed at all. Don’t remember the last time going somewhere to eat and having this type of service. The food was absolutely delicious the chicken BLT and wings were amazing! Definitely going to come here great spot!

  Colchester is most fortunate to have this outstanding restaurant.
  Very consistent food, which never disappoints.
  Staff couldn't be friendlier or more welcoming.
  Through the years, l've found this restaurant to be a wonderful " family" place to enjoy a meal and feel "at home".
  Third generation, it's even better than "the best" it has always been.
  Great innovations with the menu, amazing staff and production team work like " clock- work.
  Anna's sons and family would make her very happy and proud!
  While l miss "mamma's" rice pudding, the dessert selection has more than one choice of "something (wonderful )
  for everyone".
  I'm always treated like a valued guest, and l have overheard
  other diners all being made to feel special.
  FANTASTIC JOB!

  This place was amazing! This was my first time and well worth it. Each of us ordered an 8" pie due to our different tastes, which had 4 slices. The prices are reasonable and we even bought a pie to take home. Will definitely be coming back!
