(July 7, 2023, 3:14 pm)I had an experience with a weekly tenant who had what turned out to be an unfounded complaint that required attention, responsiveness, professionalism and courtesy. Shannon Totaro of Monihan embodies all of the above and while she engaged directly with the tenant, she also guided and supported me in bringing the matter to a successful conclusion for all involved. The tenants were satisfied that they had made a mistake and appreciated all that was done to satisfy their concern. I am grateful to Shannon for her authenticity and deftness at handling a sensitive situation.

(July 6, 2023, 9:43 am)Great selection of rentals , customer service (including recommendations to must try donut places nearby) , and assistance in selecting the right unit for our family. We rented from both Monihan rental offices and satisfied with the ease and accessibility to the units . Several rental weeks later , we bought in OC and used Monihan exclusives to find our perfect beach house . I recommend this family business to all my friends as well as OC !
