She was very attentive and has a great attitude working with me and the buyer’s agent. She listed, marketed and sold the property in a week and we were at the settlement table only 3 weeks later. A friend of ours recommended using Berger Realty for both the purchase and rental side and we are sure glad we did. Margarita Kobilianets was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process, from finding a property, to getting through contract negotiations, to getting through to closing, as well as on the rental side. She is very knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, personable, and always gave her honest opinion when we asked questions (and we asked A LOT!). She really helped make this process as smooth as possible and we couldn’t have done it without her. I would highly recommend Margarita and the Berger team!

Margarita was very intuitive and very quickly understood our wants & needs, and customized the listings that she shared with us. She planned out our day very efficiently to allow us to see multiple properties, and helped us find our dream house. Linda and Margarita both managed all the paperwork, inspections, and settlement related details and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. We had a wonderful home buying experience with both of them. Thank you ladies!!

Thank you to Chris Malinowski for his help over the past several years, including helping us get set up in our rental safely and with confidence during the pandemic.
