Our family stayed in this lovely second floor condo for three weeks in July 2023 and enjoyed every minute! The house is located two blocks from the 43rd street beach, and is easily accessible for even our youngest family members! It is spacious and welcoming with its cathedral ceilings, beautiful renovations, and open living. Every amenity is well thought out in the house and fully loaded! We especially enjoyed the eastern morning view of the sunrise, and the western evening view of the sunset from both the front porch and the back deck. Both Berger Reality and the Homeowner were available as needed and communicated with our family. We even received our Amazon Prime packages (we bought a beach wagon)! We enjoyed walking everywhere between 34th and 60th streets both on and off the beach. Shopping is close by, and we stocked up using Boyar's Deli on 55th Street and the ShopRite in Marmora more than once.

(June 22, 2023, 12:54 pm)We have used Berger Realty many times and in particular Chris Warren. The rental process is always so easy and communication between myself and the team has been excellent. I booked my rental very late this year Chris was able to confirm with owners and negotiate a price that was a bit lower since we came down on a Sunday versus a Saturday - we were able to check in early at 10am On Sunday which was awesome! He made sure that the rental keys were at the closest office to our rental property to make it easy as possible. A few years ago, we booked a week directly with a home owner who got our dates mixed up. We drove the two hours with a van full of kids and luggage only to find that we had no where to stay. We went to Berger‘s office and met Chris. Chris was able to find us a rental on the quick and even knocked off a couple hundred for us since rental had not had a chance to be cleaned yet- I cleaned it the day we moved in and we were so appreciative. I will always recommend Berger Realty and especially Chris! They make OCNJ vacations a breeze! - Thank You Chris
