(November 19, 2020, 1:30 pm)When I first looked into buying my first road bike (Fuji Transonic 2.5), there weren’t many shops that would respond to my email or phone inquiry. Given that it was August 2020, the two wheels movement was booming so bicycle supplies were very limited. Kevin was the only one that replied to my inquiry since his shop carries Fuji bikes. Over the course of two weeks, he quickly placed an order with Fuji and had my bike ready for pick up. He provided great customer service and was always ready to answer any questions whenever I tried to reach out. Will continue to visit this shop even if I live in the city of Philadelphia. Highly recommend this bike shop!

(August 5, 2020, 10:08 pm)Have been going to Kevin since he opened. Like finding a contractor you usually have to settle for two of the main 3 factors: quality work, reliable and cheap. Here I don't have to settle. He does excellent work with fair time frames and pricing. He's been a bike mechanic for ages so he knows his stuff, and he carries some nice bike lines so he can definitely set you up soup to nuts.

It was in horrible condition after our twins had lent it to out some “friends”- Kevin was able to provide us with prompt, reasonable priced & professional service especially being so busy during this pandemic. We cannot thank him enough!! I’m looking forward to buying a singleton bike from him when it comes in as I know he sells only quality products!!

He helped me find a great bike and accessories within my budget, and was very friendly while doing so. I'll be going back for any accessories and service I'll need in the future.
