(May 19, 2023, 8:32 am)My front breaks went on my ONYX RCR DIRT KIT and I had to bail out. Causing a host of issues with alignment of my tires, pedals and chain alignment. I was recommend to come here through ONYX. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the explanation of issues found on pick up. As a service professional in HVAC, I appreciated the honesty of what was wrong and what was needed to repair and being led to buy another bike. Would highly recommend getting your service and inspections done here for ONYX as well as any other E-Bikes.

When dropping off my e-bike for repair and a tune up Bill offered me some wonderful information on how to maintain the health of my bike. His passion is very clear by his excitement and the tone of his voice. He stopped traffic to make it easier for me to get out. He didn't fix or charge me for anything the bike didn't need yet, and even delivered the bike back so I wouldn't have to take the tire off to fit it in my car.

(July 15, 2022, 2:09 pm)Bill did an excellent job replacing the tires on my girlfriend's bike. He and his wife were very helpful in finding the white wall tires I requested. He even gave the old bike a tune-up for good measure. I was so pleased with the work he did. I had him tune-up a new bicycle of mine that I had recently put together. He let me sit in on the job and taught me a lot about various adjustments and how things functioned. The parts and labor were reasonably priced for both jobs and it felt good to support this up-and-coming local businesses. I highly recommend Whitemarsh Revolutionary Cycles! I had an all around great experience talking and learning with Bill. He also let me test ride one of his state of the art electric bicycles. I had so much fun! Go check 'em out ;)

(September 18, 2021, 1:19 pm)I'd give Bill and the WRC team 6 stars if I could! Maintenance and service were my two biggest worries when I purchased an ebike online. Not anymore. The WRC team has fixed both our Ariel Rider D-class and our RadRunner + with professionalism and care- even though we purchased them elsewhere. Bill understands all types of bikes, he takes the time to explain any repairs, and he makes great recommendations for creative solutions. WRC is the only shop in the area I take my ebikes.
