Every suggestion for my bike was accompanied by an explanation as to why it would or would not be in my best interest. It was also evident that no unnecessary services would be performed for the sake of jacking up the price. The mechanics know what they are talking about and inform you of the most effective ways to spend your budget. I highly recommend this shop.

Thank you very much, greatly appreciated. Anyone looking for a new bike, I highly suggest you see what they have. Lots of super nice bikes that are very light weight or if u just need service to keep your bike in good shape, Check this place out

(August 1, 2023, 4:16 pm)Definitely my favorite bikes shop in Philly. I've found everything I've needed and more cause the team is so nice and helpful. If you go, look for Taylor (the cherry on the cake at Cadence LOL) great personality.
Also I'm super happy with the bike and all the rest of things I've got there. 🚲😎 -

(July 16, 2023, 12:09 pm)Great spot to buy a bike or get a much-needed tuneup. Taylor, the bike mechanic there, helped me choose my new bike and get it outfitted to my needs. He is legit the best. Super attentive to detail, great at explaining things to someone like myself who is newer to the ins and outs of bike maintenance. It's a laid back vibe in there but they take things seriously too - every time I've ever had a question or issue about my bike, they get it fixed asap. Huge thank you to Taylor and the other folks at Cadence for leveling up my cycling experience!

(August 5, 2019, 5:49 pm)The owner was super friendly and offered assistance in picking a bike right away. Great bikes at great prices. Location is right next to the Schuylkill river trail so it was easy to see how the bikes would perform in the real use.
