(March 6, 2023, 8:22 am)Middle River Yoga is a great studio! I moved from out of town and was grateful to find such a warm, welcoming yoga studio to practice at. The teachers are all very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome and supported. There are a good variety of classes gentle to a bit more challenging as well as restorative yoga. The studio is a large space overlooking the river that easily invites relaxation! Thank you for helping me continue my love for yoga 💜💜

(December 8, 2022, 5:03 pm)I love Middle River Yoga! It’s a unique class each week, which I haven’t found in other studios in the past. Shelly asks what we want to work on, and tailors the class to that. It’s a beautiful studio, with wonderful wood floors and a lovely window out onto the river, and friendly lighting during class. I am unafraid to fail in this class as people go at their own pace and do what they can. The pricing is extremely reasonable, and they have classes every day so I was able to find a time that worked for my schedule. Every Wednesday I get a wonderful sense of calm and relief from muscle tension after yoga with Shelly! Thank you!

(September 12, 2022, 2:40 pm)A beautiful space with lots of room to practice yoga. The window and lighting is pure tranquility and the instructors here are great. I always feel welcome and they are really knowledgeable even if you have an injury. Probably the best yoga experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Wherever you are on your spiritual journey Middle River Yoga is a precious asset. You wont be disappointed no matter what level you are on. 100 stars!

(April 11, 2022, 8:29 am)This is my absolute favorite yoga studio! The space is gorgeous and has such a wonderful energy to it. The classes are super convenient and Shelly is incredible (as are the other teachers). I always get a great physical workout while also connecting to the best in myself, emotionally and spiritually. No matter my mood when I go in, I leave feeling grounded and refreshed. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough. Classes are friendly to beginners and there are tons of supplies to borrow if you forget your own.
