  Flex Appeal is a great fitness center! The new ownership has really made this a great gym!! It is clean and bright, has amazing & supportive instructors and fun & motivating classes! The equipment is up to date and well maintained. The staff is also very welcoming. Great value for all that you get! Highly recommend!!

  Flex Appeal is a great gym. Super clean, great staff, and really good classes! Sheri's Zumba classes are fantastic!

  New owner was understanding about me canceling my membership. Over all it’s a good gym. It’s just not convenient for me unfortunately. If you didn’t like stafford fitness and want to try again, I’d recommend it.

  Nicolina’s Restorative Yoga is PAIN RELIEF in a wonderful yoga class. The physical, emotional, and Spiritual benefits are amazing. Her style is a blessing for all ages. I couldn’t be happier about this gym having found Nicolina there!❤️ Nameste, Melissa.

  I enjoy going to flex it has workout equipment there that the YMCA in Ellington does not have I try to go everyday the staff is nice and pleasant very accommodating plus they have a tanning bed they have personal trainers Zumba classes it's definitely a no judgment zone
