  Michelle is amazing. We sat down with her upfront to discuss what we were looking for. Initially we were more open minded, but we became quite specific as our search progressed and it was challenging given the tight real estate market due to COVID.
  
  We worked with Michelle for nearly 18 months before we found the right property. Each time she sent us listings, if we saw something we liked, she promptly set up a viewing getting all the relevant history on ownership, pricing, utilities, and background on why a home was on the market. She worked tirelessly with sellers agents to get answers and insights to inform our decision making at every turn. Most importantly she really listened to us and learned where our interests were trending and guided us accordingly. She was also so positive at every turn in the process, which was hard because we looked at dozens and dozens of properties. When we finally found the right one, it was a long, complicated and arduous process. Michelle worked through the details painstakingly, navigating and negotiating a very challenging sales transaction for us.

  Michelle was reliable, professional, in constant contact with us, and so friendly. When showing us potential new homes, she always answered our queries as soon as possible, if not immediately. It made the whole experience positive and a lot less stressful than it could have been, considering we had moved across the world from Singapore to Connecticut in the middle of a pandemic. She went out of her way to help us, took us to the Social Security Office, the phone company, gave us a list of restaurants, to name a few.
