  Andrew is phenomenal, to the point where saying “10/10 or A+” doesn’t feel like strong enough praise. We bought our first house with Andrew, which was the culmination of 6 months of effort from inception to closing. Andrew worked tirelessly to accommodate our schedules—including showings on early weekend mornings and in the rain, snow, and freezing cold—patiently showing us numerous houses and neighborhoods, while always being available to answer our many follow up questions. In addition, Andrew continually went above and beyond the call of duty as he helped guide us through a challenging closing, introduced us to several vendors/contractors, acted as a sounding board, and generally did whatever he could to help us find the right house. He is razor sharp, punctual, responsive, and proactive, but just as importantly, he was also a true pleasure to spend time with. It is safe to say that we would recommend Andrew to anyone, and we're looking forward to now having him as our neighbor!

  We would highly recommend Andrew to anyone buying a home! We were connected to Andrew through my mom, who lives in Andrew's neighborhood and has known him for years. We were in NYC, looking to make the move to the suburbs for our first home. We were very specific in our search in that we wanted to live close to town, the train and restaurants - all while remaining on budget and ensuring we saw long-term value in the home. We gave Andrew no easy task, but he rose to the occasion and helped us find the perfect home! He was so speedy in the entire process, which was essential to getting a home in a prime location amidst a hot market with multiple over-ask offers. He was so accommodating to our schedules and always made himself available for a call. During closing, Andrew went above and beyond to handle various vendors and coordinate a smooth, mainly virtual, closing process since we were still in the city with busy schedules. When asked, he gave us his honest and open perspective -- and always gave us our time to make decisions. We are so grateful to have worked with such a hard-working and genuine agent and we're loving our first home!

  After going through our housing search in Greenwich, CT, Andrew Smith is someone that I would recommend immediately to anyone looking to buy a house. We were introduced to Andrew through a mutual friend. Andrew first met us at Coffee for Good to sit down and discuss what we were looking for in our search. He was extremely attentive and really got to know us.
  
  This housing market was extremely competitive and we were on a timeline with a baby on the way. Andrew came ready to attack it. When we got into the negotiation, Andrew provided such clear context with a true analytical background understanding the neighborhood, comps, and emotional value. His research and knowledge was very impressive. It felt like a true team effort with clear lines of communication walking us through every step of the process.
  
  I couldn’t appreciate his open communication and thoughtfulness more. Without Andrew, we would not have secured the house we will be raising our growing family in. Andrew is an unbelievable resource. He truly goes above and beyond.

  From the moment we met Andrew, it was clear that he was the answer to finding what we wanted in Greenwich.
  
  After several hit and miss attempts with other agents, Andrew quickly internalized what we were looking for and put a great list of viable properties together.
  
  In one afternoon, we found the exact house we wanted and made an offer.
  
  But more importantly, Andrew is more than a great real estate agent. He is an amazing resource who goes far beyond the call of duty to ensure that you have access to all of the resources in the community. Andrew connected us with tennis clubs, park passes, dealerships, pet care and more.

  Andrew recently helped us purchase our very first home and we could not be more excited. He made the process as smooth as possible, particularly in this crazy market. There was so much interest in the house but somehow Andrew was able to keep us at the bargaining table. He may be "new" to the industry, but he dedicated so much time to researching the specifics of each house we toured, so that we could make an informed decision that we felt comfortable with. His attitude and excitement balanced with his ability not to make us feel pressured is something I hope everyone can experience with a real estate broker. Houlihan Lawrence is lucky to have such a great asset on their team!
