(August 6, 2023, 10:07 am)Michael’s Jewelers did a beautiful job repairing and replacing a sapphire in my ring. I had several other quotes and Michael’s was the best. Their sapphire was by far the best quality and most reasonable. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone!

Because if I can't find what I'm looking for they will pull books out to help me. I do say "They" but I really should say Dawn. She has been very helpful in so many ways. All of my dear friends for over 45 yrs, we all turned 60 & there is 6 of us & this is where I bought all of there BIRTHDAY gifts. Not to leave out fixing all my broken jewelry, have special stones put in very old rings & make a differenttype of design. Dawn has always been really helpful & patient with me. She will spend the time to explain the different type of stones & the price. I have never felt rushed. Also the owners b4 working with Dawn have been helpful. But I do like working with Dawn, because I think by now she understands me. So I wanted to Thank you all at Michael's Jewelers in

My experience working with Dawn B. has been a great pleasure. She is knowledgeable, friendly and will meet your needs. Likewise, the rest of the staff is equally amazing.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. However, it was the expertise of the Dawn that truly made the experience exceptional.
They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and then showed me several options. After discussing the details of each, Dawn suggested a beautiful sapphire and diamond necklace that was absolutely stunning. I knew immediately that it was the perfect gift for my wife.
The quality of the necklace was exceptional, and the price was very reasonable. What impressed me the most was the knowledge of the staff and their ability to help me make an informed decision. I felt confident that I was getting the best value for my money.
My wife was thrilled with the necklace, and she has received so many compliments on it. I would highly recommend Michael's Jewelers to anyone looking for high-quality jewelry and outstanding service. Thank you for making our Valentine's Day so special.
