(August 11, 2023, 6:36 pm)I combined my engagement ring with one I inherited. I gave the jewelers a rough drawing and they sent me a computer assisted design that was amazing! The ring turned out even better than I could have hoped! Just stunning. Always a pleasure to bring in my jewelry for modification or repair. Recently back to have a couple of my mother's rings combined into one setting. Looks great!

Michael has designed several things for me and I could not be happier. All his staff go out of their way to make sure we are 100% happy with the work that they do. We would not trust anyone else with our jewelry.

I came in really with no clue what I wanted besides getting a ring and the staff were very patient and helpful. the staff there were able to get the engagement ring I wanted in a few days!! I cant wait to pick it up! Thanks to all the staff there for their help! Also your dog is amazing!

(July 27, 2023, 3:00 pm)Lovely working with everyone at Michael's. They are all very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. I had my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned and resized and couldn't be more pleased with the results. My rings are so sparkly and look like new again!!

Definitely would never go anywhere else for jewelry. He was so patience, kind and made sure we felt heard in the whole process; with updating us the design with their CAD system. The engagement ring was way more than we could have imagine! We are truly grateful for Brian and Michael’s jewelry for our one of a kind engagement ring that exceeded everything! Michael’s jewelry customer service was beyond exceptional!
