  I'm not sure I can put into words how AMAZING our experience with Lucia and Lyne Acres was. With Lucia's guidance, recommendations, flexibility, and creative mind - we were able to carry out our dream wedding weekend! We initially decided to visit her property because of the beautiful event barn space available ON-SITE, but also narrowed down to Lyne Acres as they are PET FRIENDLY -- am I'm talking ALL DOGS, no discrimination against our big mastiff baby Kona :) Everything leading up to our stay and the wedding was worry-free. Due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding by a year, which we were able to do effortlessly with Lyne Acres. Lucia coordinated with our vendors the day of the wedding, as well as the days and months leading up to the wedding to ensure everything ran smoothly. The day of the wedding Lucia was on-site to help escort our grandfather around the property (from the house, to the front lawn for family photos, back to the house to hide from a short rain show, then up to the ceremony spot high up on the hill overlooking the mountains, then finally down to the reception in the cozy barn). She also delivered umbrellas to the wedding party and guests last minute during an unexpected rain shower - which I did not plan for, but Lucia was on top of it :) We felt welcomed by Lucia (and Lady!) from the first time we stepped foot on the property. We cannot wait to visit again and again for years to come with our families! :) :)

  We love Lyne Acres and its wonderful hosts! Lu goes above and beyond to provide her guests with everything they need to have a stellar Catskills experience. The house and surrounding acreage are so picturesque, you can't help but relax! Our favorite part of staying at Lyne Acres is cooking up incredible wood fired pizzas in the outdoor oven and stargazing at night. Thanks again for another great trip!

  My two teen children, our 12-year-old Shih Tzu, and I spent six glorious weeks at Lyne Acres to spread our wings a bit after an extended COVID lockdown in Brooklyn. Lyne Acres - and especially Lu’s impeccable care - provided us exactly the soul-soothing respite we needed. We awoke each morning to the sounds of rustling leaves, bird calls, and the occasional tractor humming in the distance. We filled our days with long walks, board games, pizza preparation, and reading in the chaise lounges on the deck. We ended many nights around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows out back. But personally, I most enjoyed my morning hours of solitude, coffee in hand, teens still asleep, dog on my lap... enjoying the incredible views of the valley. Leaving is torture... we will be back!

  Our stay at Lyne Acres was fantastic. The house comes fully loaded with anything you can imagine needing, including a wood burning pizza oven!
  
  The property is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and has its own hiking trail that starts in the backyard. No need to bring anything to entertain your group outside as Lucia has equipped the house with everything you need to have fun in the sun.
  
  Very close to plenty of hiking, skiing, good eats, and Woodstock Brewery. Excited to return to Lyne Acres for our next stay!

  We had an amazing time at Lyne Acres this Labor Day Weekend!
  
  The house is stunning. We made homemade pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, made s’mores around the fire pit, relaxed on both the front and back decks, and were able to go on a hike in the property’s backyard. The property is pet friendly, which is a must-have for our group with 4 dogs!
  
  Off of Lyne Acres we went kayaking and canoeing at Susan’s Pleasant Pheasant Farm, visited Woodstock Brewery, hiked to Diamond Notch Falls, and stopped by Phoenicia Diner on our way out.
  
  Lucia is an incredible host! She provided us with everything we needed and was quick to respond with any questions or requests.
  
  We will be returning!
