  Wonderful place. Beautiful building and the owner is fantastic. This is like stepping back to a more simple more connected time. Highly recommended.

  Overall, a great inn, the host is really wonderful and very accommodating and helpful. The property is a bit old and it really adds to the charm of the place.

  Great place to stay. Spent the July 4th weekend here when we came to see James Taylor. Heidi makes everybody feel at home. Reasonable prices for a turn off the century in. Fantastic breakfasts, although they should think about adding plan-based bacon to the menu. Would definitely stay again.

  This was a very nice place to stay! The rooms were clean, and had a good amount of space. There is a very nice porch around both floors of the house with comfortable chairs and a hammock. The host was friendly and cooked a delicious breakfast. Would recommend this as a good place to stay in the Western CT area
