  At the time of this posting I’ve been a member of the gym for 8 or so months.
  
  I had a friend invite me to one of the free workouts and wow, it was intense, but I ended signing up and going. The more I went the better I felt.
  
  The community at any time (I generally go at 5:30 AM) has been fantastic. Other athletes giving tips, people cheering everyone on, it’s great. Even the best lifters and athletes are the nicest people there.
  
  The coaches are also great. Sometimes I will go a little too heavy and be told to lower my weights because my form looks bad which is the best thing imho. I am 40 and don’t need to go to doctor for some boneheaded movement.
  
  The Locokids has been awesome too. My six year goes and is excited to go.

  We need key components when we walk into a space hoping for physical transformation. The most crucial component is safety, which is achieved through excellent coaching. LocoMotive Fitness has impressed me with its ability to regress and progress the workouts to fit all needs. From retirees to bulletproof 20-year-olds, all are welcomed, celebrated, and encouraged.

  Locomotive is such a great gym due to the community and atmosphere. All fostered by the incredible owners, members and coaching staff. Coach Cheryl has been my go to coach and has always gone above and beyond in making classes fun while providing meaningful feedback and direction. She shows support both in and out of the gym, cheering on/encouraging athletes in other athletic and personal pursuits. I have gone to many gyms (CrossFit and non) and Loco has been one of my favorite communities to be a part of. I look forward to going there everyday and am happy to be a member, cannot recommend enough.

  This gym was my first experience with CrossFit and it surpassed all of my expectations. The community and the coaches make going in each day a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I'm looking forward to returning next time I'm back in the area!
