  There probably isn't enough room to write about all of the goodness that Lisa has brought into my life! Lisa came highly recommended from a trusted friend. Immediately she was super responsive and communicative! She cared about my needs and what I had in mind as a first time home buyer. I had about a million questions and concerns with my visions changing constantly. I finally decided on a home to put in an offer with. Then comes time for inspections. During this time, It was difficult to take off of work for every single one. Lisa went and met the inspectors and surveyors during the hot heat in August, outside for 3 hours some days! She is incredibly communicative with everything happening and is knowledgable about every single thing I came across and the 20 emails a day between the other landlord & realtor. It's a very old duplex, so there were a LOT of issues but she even kept my anxiety down by reassuring me these were typical problems and this and that will happen next etc. I now live in my beautiful home and could not be happier! She is there for you and cares 150% through all stages of purchasing a home!! I will ONLY be using her in the future as I expand my portfolio and HIGHLY recommend her to every single person in New Jersey looking for a home!
