  Doug worked with us to get our first home. He clearly understood our requirements and would give his impartial opinion after each viewing with his rationale.   Jim and Radha helped sell my dad’s house in a quick manner for a great price with their staging, marketing, and expertise. They were professional, and I I had so much confidence in their recommendations and suggestions. They made everything simple. I couldn't believe how quickly they sold it. I highly recommend them.

  Jim and Radha are the ultimate professionals, they handled every aspect of the sale of my house with the highest of standards. They were able to complete the sale from first listing it to closing in just under five months. During the process I witnessed other less professional agents who bought clients to see my house but Jim always maintained the highest level of professionalism in dealing with them. Why deal with the rest when you can have the "BEST".

  Jim Datri & Radha Cheerath are true professionals that really understand our local market. They explained to me the value of upgrades and staging as well as a strategic approach to pricing our house. As it would play out, they were completely accurate. We were to have our Open House on Sunday and had not planned to show beforehand but they had created such demand that we couldn't hold them back. In a couple days, we had 9 offers, some over list and we settled.
  However, in contract, that's where their experience was critical. The inspections and negotiation process is highly stressful and hard to keep all parties working together. Having relationships with the other prominent agents in the area was key. Whether you're buying or selling, I would highly recommend them. I got more than I ever expected for our house and couldn't be happier.
