Looking back over our experience from beginning to end, I think there were three critical areas in which choosing the right realtor came into being: 1) knowledge of the area/neighborhood; 2) understanding of the potential buyer pool; 3) engaged participation across the key moments of the process. In all three, Jim Datri was fantastic. He knows South Brunswick well, and specifically my neighborhood. He has rich experience and knowledge of the buyer pool in our area, including the specific areas of importance to buyers. Finally, from listing to the last moments of our closing, Jim was engaged, present and actively involved in making sure that things were completed (including jumping in to solve problems that could have led to much bigger problems). Net-net, I cannot recommend Jim enough.
