  I moved here from out of state several years ago with complicated health issues…..cardiac, kidney, lymphedema, COPD, and much more. Lindsay has amazed me with her personal patient care approach and, so importantly, coordination of care from specialists. She embodies all the best of a top tier PCP.

  The staff and providers at this office take the time to listen and care for me. I live with chronic illness and mental health, and have trouble navigating medical institutions, especially as they become more corporate. At this office, everyone is super friendly, kind, and patient. I have felt so welcomed, seen, heard, and taken care of since I have been going to see Lindsay and her staff for primary care. It makes a really big difference, especially for someone like me who has to navigate the health system constantly. I highly recommend this office for primary care.

  I have had a primary care physician as my doctor my entire life however, I fired my PCP in March 2022 as she dropped the ball especially during the "planned demic". I have a doctor's note and I cannot wear a mask because of a medical condition. I have not worn a mask in 2.5 years, I have not washed one handlebar carriage in the stores and I also kissed 7 women during the "planned demic". I also cannot get vaccinated because I almost died from a flu vaccine when I was 22 years of age. I never caught covid-19 so how come I'm not sick and don't say it's "luck" or "Good luck" because there is no such thing as "good luck" because it has no source or point of origin. My former doctor refused to see me because I would not wear a mask even though I had a doctor's note. Where was the empathy, compassion and professionalism? There was none. Lindsay Osborne is my new PCP and is very professional and she saw me under my circumstances and she did not judge me and she showed compassion and empathy and she actually listened to me. She is very professional and she actually cares about her patients and she's very thorough as well. Thank you so much Lindsay for a great experience and Hartford Healthcare should be proud to have you on their team. I recommend her to everyone I know. Great job Lindsay.
