  Wonderful studio, amazing teacher (Lesa) who gets to know you and provides adapted poses to accommodate any injuries or inabilities. She knows the mechanics of the body and can help ANYone. Very welcoming and friendly. THE best yoga experience I was ever lucky enough to find!

  Lesa is a beautiful human being and an excellent instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and anatomy and can modify any pose to meet the needs of the individual student. The other instructors are all held in high regard by the students of Amba Yoga Center. I have been a student of Amba for several years and I recommend Lesa and her whole team without reservation!

  I am new to yoga and Lesa Kingsbury has been an amazing instructor! She is incredibly knowledgeable, teaching in a way where she deconstructs the positions, and makes modifications when needed. Amba Yoga is very welcoming to students of all levels; I would highly recommend classes here.

  I am a physical therapist and I recommend Yoga often as an adjunct to my patients care. Amba is the ONLY place I recommend. Lesa knows exactly what to do with all the patients I send to her. She accommodates their injury and works with them to restore their function in a safe effective way. I trust her knowledge and skills and know that whoever I send to her will get the right attention. I also had the pleasure of taking classes at Amba and they are amazing. I’ve always left each class feeling such a sense of accomplishment and overall well being. I HIGHLY recommend them.

  I'm new to yoga. My husband did his research & decided he liked what he read & saw at Amba. He bought me a gift certificate for 2 months of unlimited classes, and I began in early May. I absolutely love it. Lesa's class is just wonderful. She really gets to know her students & their needs, and caters to them throughout the class. Christina's Gentle Vinyasa class is also a great workout! Amba Yoga is a very intimate studio, but it's so worth it! Highly recommend!
