  I LOVE this CrossFit! The gym is huge and it has a ton of well maintained, up-to-date- equipment. Greg and Mike are excellent coaches, they are always critiquing and correcting my form (which I find super helpful). Conation members are also a ton of fun to work-out with, such a great group of people. Highest recommendation!

  Amazing and supportive coaches who want to help you achieve whatever your fitness goal may be. The members and coaches are all so welcoming and the facility is huge with great variety of equipment.
  
  I know CrossFit can seem intimidating if you have never done it before or if you're joining a new gym; I felt that way when I first thought about going back to CrossFit after taking a break. However, once you walk through the doors and meet the staff and community, you'll feel like you're part of the Cona community.

  I truly can not say enough great things about CrossFit Conation. They are incredibly knowledgeable, amazing coaches who help you achieve whatever your personal goals are. The gym is large, impeccably clean, constantly being added to with new equipment and updates by an owner and coach that truly cares. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to come here! It deserves way more than 5 Stars!

  The coaches and facilities are top notch! Just walking in you are amazed at the size of the gym! No tiny box here, lots of room to spread out and it’s immaculate. Greg, Kate and Mike are all so welcoming and friendly. They will work with you and modify workouts to what you need! I am in the best shape of my life thanks to the team here. They also know sometimes you just need to move and get rid of the stressors in your life! CrossFit works whether your goal is to lose weight, get in shape, or just de-stress!

  By far the best CrossFit gym. Great programming, talented coaches, spectacular, love the people and perhaps the best things is the gym is large with great equipment and super clean facility. Perfect place to join if you want to grow, improve, get strong and improve your overall fitness.
