(June 21, 2023, 10:20 pm)Great gym with a sauna and several lifting platforms. It’s also huge but does get crowded as expected during peak hours. I tried the West Babylon location and it doesn’t compare at alllll to the space here in Hauppauge. This gym always has everything I need and everyone is very kind. I wouldn’t switch any time soon for the price, the space, and the several pieces of equipment that other commercial gyms do not have

(January 18, 2023, 6:30 pm)Staff is so friendly, the childcare is awesome, very accommodating and reliable. I can genuinely enjoy my workout while my children are well taken care of. Staff is a huge part of my gym choice, they are a well put together team for sure !

(April 27, 2022, 8:37 am)Been coming here since they opened. Really good gym for the price. Good hours of operation and rarely close for holidays. Generally clean and well taken care of. Great variety of machines and free weights. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
