  I've been working out with Rob for over two years. I've never enjoyed going to a regular gym, I become frustrated waiting to use equipment, so the one-on-one workout works great for me. With Rob, I get a very targeted and challenging workout. Even when I'm feeling tired and unmotivated, I always feel great after our workout. Rob has a very calm and supportive training style, he pushes you, but also listens to what your needs are. Since working with Rob, I've been able to maintain a high level of strength and fitness, which positively impacts my mental health as well. I like the way I look, but more importantly, I like the way I feel. I have yet to train with Elizabeth, but I have become well acquainted with her as we regularly engage in witty repartee.
  Do not be intimidated by their youth and good looks or their ever-increasing client list (they are quite busy!). Rob and Elizabeth have a unique combination of professionalism, knowledge, athleticism, work ethic, kindness, compassion and humor. My workouts have become the highlight of my week, so what more can I say?

  I absolutely love training at Ali Training Systems with Elizabeth, she is always a breath of fresh air walking into the gym and she really pays attention to her clients. Not only does she focus on fitness, but also the mental health aspect of it also, she’s funny too! Rob and Elizabeth are doing a great job here and I would highly recommend either of them as trainers.

  I’ve been training with Rob for well over a year now and I’ve never seen such impressive and quick results with any other trainer! He is great with not only helping you accomplish every goal you set but a great motivator when things get difficult. He’s very patient and full of energy that makes the workouts fly by all while helping you become stronger and hit every goal you set for yourself. I recommend him to everyone I know!!

  Rob and Elizabeth are such wonderful trainers! They have the experience and knowledge of how to meet your goals! I have been training with Elizabeth every since they opened up their gym! She plans my workouts with such detail and precision! I have had knee issues and she has also been there to modify workouts if my knees are soar! She motivates me every session and even if I am tired she pushes me through and at the end I can say I’m glad I DID IT!!!

  Elizabeth and Rob are both great in their profession, knowledgeable and committed to working with individual goals for each client. No two workouts are ever the same. I have been with Elizabeth for going on 2 years. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to look into starting a new fitness and training routine.
