Convenient plus great service and fairly priced! I posted on my neighborhood app (Nextdoor) requesting mechanics in the area. I called 8 places to request estimates on brake pads and rotors. I call Lendroth and left a voicemail and within minutes I received a text giving me the option to communicate that way. Communication was great with Kristine in the days leading up to the appt. Not only was their estimate priced fairly compared to the other 7 places but you cannot beat the convenience of having the mechanic come to your place. Kevin is polite and professional. He worked quietly outside for a few hours and got the job done. Plus there are multiple payment options. I scheduled a second appt for my husband's car which was today. Once again, awesome service. I am keeping his number on speed dial.
Ive saved alot of money with LMR. Kevin's honest, and its convenient to have him do car repair in the driveway on my day off. (I don't like traveling for even just oil changes, because it's rude to have a hot engine for your mechanic i believe. Cold engines are easier to work with)
His parts are always honored with service warranty, and the brakes are long lasting.
If he's ever too busy to take my call his receptionist is lovely to speak with. She always sends me copies of all my estimates, and always updates me on the time tables if Kevin does get stuck in traffic on the way to me.
(I prefer the 1st appointment of the day always because traffic is calm around 9am.) Always great service. Thanks Kevin.
