  John D was very friendly and helpful in getting me quick service and what I was looking for. He took his time with me which I so appreciated.John greeted me promptly very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and he was very polite . Our experience at north haven town fair tire was great . Ask for John!!

  John B was insanely helpful and so informative. I got the best tire lesson from him! He took his time with me which I so appreciated. Probably my best experience in the auto industry ever. Thanks John!!

  Had a run flat tire failure, called the store an hour before they closed and John the assistant manager confirmed he had the tires I need in stock and he will get them replaced for me before they close. Came to the store and John was handling a impatient customer and he still gave me a warm greeting. Showed me all the tire options and without pushing the most expensive one either, i picked the tire and he got me all processed in a few minutes. I went to the waiting room and they got my car in the bay and working on it within 15 minutes of processing the job order. John is a newer manager here as I have used this location a few times before, he is very professional and respectful.

  Amado understands the assignment!! Customer service impeccable. I was traveling through (from VA) and this guy has mastered his effing craft. Thanks guys for taking care of us, being straight up and honest and making us feel safe on our journey. The world needs more people like him.
