  Hats off to Jerell!! After spending 2 days stuck on the side of the road and having 4 different truck drivers come and tell me they couldn’t tow my car due to it being too low( my car is not unreasonably low) Jerell came to my rescue and got my car onto the flatbed WITH EASE. He was fast, communicative, and trustworthy my car didn’t scrape once. If I could give a tow recommendation I would say go Jerell all day well done and I appreciate your service.

  I highly recommend Nelcon as a company and driver/operator Jerell in particular for the excellent assistance and terrific service he provided me today! I was running errands in North Haven; my car was running fine, but when I came out of a store, it wouldn’t start. I called AAA, and Jerell came more quickly than was estimated and was incredibly friendly and delightful to interact with! He got my car squared away, drove it and me to my repair shop in Branford, and was kind enough to drop me at my house nearby so I wouldn’t have to walk home with my bags from errands. Jerell was fantastic and I’m very grateful for his and Nelcon’s great help today!

  Holy Moly this company is great. They’re on time, family-run, very knowledgeable about cars.
  
  My Mercedes E-class stopped going on my way to the city. Selena picked me up in her awesome flat-bed. We towed for 75 miles all the way to New York. By the end I felt like I had taken a trip with a friend.
  
  She even helped me find good parking and position it when we could only push the car in neutral, lol!
  
  This company and it’s people are truly awesome and admirable for their work day to day and in the community.
  
  I wish they had a location in Brooklyn. They would be my go-to!
