  Laura is absolutely terrific. For the first time in my life, I have had a positive change related to my relationship with food, hunger and my body. Not only is she an expert in her field but she continually creates a safe and collaborate space that enabled me to be more comfortable in sharing my experiences, fears, failures, triumphs and hopes.   Laura is FANTASTIC! Supportive, highly intelligent with a great sense of humor. She taught me to look at food, weight loss and my body in a whole new way and has great practical tips.   Laura has been of tremendous help for the past three months. I needed to take some time to reflect on my eating habits, and more globally on my body, and her guidance in this process has been very helpful.
  Laura proposed a set of tools and readings that were very adapted to my needs, but more than anything, she provided a safe and kind space for me to express my feelings, doubts, and challenges, which made our bi-monthly meetings something I looked forward to.

  I can say a lot of wonderful things about Laura's expertise and professionalism, but I need to compliment her first for guilt attrition.
  She helped me see how I no longer need to carry guilt for skipping a meal, or eating at the wrong time of day, or all the rest I used to carry around. Whew!
  The concept of intuitive eating was new to me, as was letting myself enjoy the food I eat. Laura knows her stuff and taught me so much. She's smart, and kind, and a very caring practitioner.
