  I’ve been going here for a very long time (20 years) and never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and very professional. My current doctor is Dr. Jin Chiu and I’m very satisfied with his work. Aside from being extremely competent in his field, he’s very patient and thorough with his examinations and while answering any questions I may have. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

  came in for a pair of glasses but left with such an amazing experience! Dr. Chiu was so helpful in answering all my questions and explained everything in a simple manner so I could understand. Heather helped me in choosing which frames to go with and was so friendly throughout my visit! The other employees were all super nice as well and overall the place had a great vibe. I’d definitely come here again!!:)

  The service is excellent.
  One of the branches of my glasses was broke and I went to two different optical centers before to go to this one. They all told me it was not possible to fix.
  When I came to Plaza Optical Center, they listened and welcomed me so gently. They took care of my glasses so well and fixed them immediately.
  They are extremely professional and Is will recommend them to everyone around me.

  I have been going to Plaza Optical Center for over 10 years. They are great, especially Janice Criollo who goes above and beyond to help me with anything and everything that I need. She answers all of my questions and concerns with kindness and she is very knowledgeable on all things dealing with Eyeware/Care/Medical. Please when visiting ask for her and she will take great care of you. The place is very clean and all their Eyeware is up to date. Their equipment is all state of the Art.

  My family have been patients at Plaza Optical Center for several years by now. We always get superb service. We get seen quick, no wait time, and it’s is always a pleasure to browse through their countless eye glasses frames and hear about innovations in the spectacle lenses world. I am happy with prices, as I am the one who has to take care of that aspect. Haha. We got an amazing deal on sunglasses package for 3 of us, before our last vacation to Caribbeans. Our most recent visit was at a short notice and they were able to squeeze us in, as we were in need to see an eye doctor before the summer camp. Dr Chui was great, as usual. Thank you for your services and be well.
