(January 16, 2023, 6:40 pm)Jan2023: Mother mature did a wonderful job. The ambiance was great and it felt majestic. Lots of trees everywhere, chilly, nice star gazing location and we saw Mars and Jupiter- what a bonus. Con: Parking when beach is open is about $10. Also not really safe for kids the lake is next to the road.

(October 25, 2022, 2:08 pm)This place is amazing. Summer or fall is amazing. It get very crowded but the spot and the view is cool. Picnic Area is pretty large, bathrooms are stocked and clean. We went on October 22nd and parking lot was full. Very nice place for picnicking and enjoy the view.
