Visited this location many times, first for a glaucoma checkup with Dr. Catterjee and later on for HPV on my left eye several times with Dr. Khoury. You can check-in online easily after receiving a text message. They are also clear in their message whether you wait in car after arriving or able to walk right in.
All staff are very friendly and professional, special shoutout to the coordinator who squeezed me in urgently several times because of my HPV. They are also very flexible and got me in to see a doctor even if I had to go to the KOP location.
No complaints and will definitely recommend others to this location for any of their eye check-up needs.
I have had a wonderful PRK procedure and follow up appointment experience at both the KOP and Horsham Kremer Eye locations. They always take me back right away and spend time to answer my questions. The staff are professional and very polite. I highly recommend them!
I was more than satisfied with my visit to the Horsham office and Dr. Chatterjee. BTW, I did not see the doctor for Lasik but for ongoing eye issues. Cody, the technician, was professional and courteous. The doctor examined my eyes and explained my situation very well. He brought a large picture of an eye on his computer and showed me what is happening with my eyes. I will continue to see the doctor on a regular basis. The person who checked me in had no greeting and a very somber tone. The other two office people seemed to be having a party. When I asked for a water they gave me a bottle that was mostly frozen and spilled on the floor.
UPDATE: I recently went back to the office for a checkup. Since we are in the throes of covid-19 I was instructed to text them when I got to the parking lot. 5 minutes later I was called into the office. There were only two other people in the waiting room with plenty of social distancing. When I arrived there was a new person at the desk who immediately made eye contact with me and greeted me. After a short wait I went into an examining room. As before, I feel the doctor was very thorough, answered my questions and I will continue with Kremer for my eye care.
Beautifully talented and extremely kind staff at the Horsham and KOP locations. Pre and post op at Horsham, surgery at KOP. Miraculous results and minimal discomfort for the procedure. They are reputable and reasonably priced for the highest quality care. 11/10 would do this again, only much sooner. 20/700+ vision to 20/15. Dr. Proneski is truly gifted.
I had a Lasik enhancement done recently thru Kremer Eye Center in King of Prussia. I had a great experience with Dr Aronsky and all of the staff. My follow-up appointment was at the Horsham office and I also had a great experience with Dr Jessica Khoury. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and very nice. Thanks to everyone at Kremer !!
