  I know that I wrote a review for Dr. Barbara Vail around May 30, 2023 but I cannot find it. It may not be a Google review because the office sent me the email to write the review.----- I saw Dr. Vail on May 15, 2023 for my full body itching problem which was causing me to scratch and break my skin to cause it to bleed. She checked me over thoroughly, along with her MA, and told me that I had a severe case of dry skin. She told me what to buy and use on my skin. But not only that, she ordered blood work which included specialized blood testing and vitamin D, which is extremely important, took a biopsy of my skin at the worst site on my body, and further explained what I was to do. She also mentioned in her explanation, a diagnosis term that I had researched, and that confirmed to me that Dr. Vail is an excellent doctor. I was so happy to hear her professional diagnosis. My follow up appointment was on May 30. My bloodwork was negative, but she did point out that I needed one mineral, which I got. Also, my biopsy was negative. So, I was on my way to better- cared-for skin. All along, Dr. Vail answered my many questions and stories, she did not rush me and was extremely professional. A very nice office staff as well.   Love this practice! Dr. Vail saved my life by catching my melanoma about 10 years ago. She was fantastic in helping me deal with my fear, changes I needed to make and just overall caring support she provided. Since then, I go in for my checks and whenever I'm concerned about something, she takes me right away. She's an absolute pleasure! So is the office staff. I highly recommmend Dr. Vail and her team.
