(September 3, 2023, 12:38 am)Oscar in sales and the finance Gentlemen were absolutely a pleasure to work with. I could not ask for a better transaction. I will definitely Purchase another vehicle from there. Key word purchase. All was well until service department got involved. Let's just say they didn't play as a team. But luckily for the service department that the sales department pull there weight for them this time and did so enough that they still managed to pull 5 stars out of me. Thanks again Oscar and sales department.

(August 26, 2023, 9:03 am)Annual inspection took longer than usual. The service representative explained to me after 1 1/2 hours waiting which I always do - they were short handed.. I certainly understand that but not knowing what was going on- well of course I thought something was wrong with the car. It was ready about 20-25 minutes later. I take partial responsibility- I should’ve checked at the service desk myself after 1 + hours.

always do great work after a thorough diagnostic. The advisors are always good to work with and keep you informed and can communicate well with the mechanics. I am always totally satisfied with the service here. Even the parts department is really helpful when I want to do something myself; Greg has really helped me out over the years. I know dealerships are expensive, but the occasional coupons they send in the mail help. -

(August 6, 2023, 9:04 am)I recently needed inspection and a 10k service on my Tacoma. Service worked to squeeze me in with short notice, but could not guarantee a “while you wait” service appointment which I understood. Koch 33 does not have loaner cars but they do have a rental service with reasonable day rates. Deb and Bridgette in Rental were great to work with and were able to hook me up with rental a day early to keep me on schedule. Later that same day, Service called to let me know my Tacoma was done early! Worked out great.
My two critiques are the cost they charge you for gas if you forget to refill the tank is $6/gal. Seems a bit much.
And no exterior car wash.
Friendly and efficient so a 5 star. -

(July 17, 2023, 12:54 pm)I just bought a new car from Koch 33, and I asked them to install a Miller catalytic converter shield and cross bars for my roof rack. When I arrived for my appointment today, they greeted me immediately, said the work would take a couple of hours, and invited me to relax in their beautiful lounge while the work was done. After about 90 minutes, I got a link to a video of the car up on the rack, with the shield installed, which was much better than having to crawl under the car to see it. A few minutes afterwards, I got word the work was all done. This service center is a well organized class act!
