  Koch 33 Ford is a nice place with nice people. I only gave 4 stars because Ford Motor Company was considering charging me a $200 diagnostic fee when I brought my truck in for a factory recall. Also, they classified the recall issue as “customer satisfaction” when it was a potentially fatal safety issue with the steering linkage. Happy with Koch 33 but not so thrilled with Ford Motor Company.

  This was the second time I took advantage of Koch 44 mobile service to fix two recalls on my vehicle.. I was texted the day before the appointment with a reminder. I was called the day of with the techs name and ETA. The techs were respectful of my time and circumstances and even helped me with a window wiper issue and a few questions about my phone issues with my radio. All in all very happy with their service .

  They do great work, but I was expecting to get vehicle back same day instead of the next day. This was first time I ever used koch 33 service center because of purchasing vehicle there. Yes, they did a very good job. We will see if it's the same good service in the future.

  My car fell victim to the recent transmission recall. Not like car trouble is ever convenient, but this was an especially stressful time and having a bucking, un-drivable car was the icing on the cake. I frantically called several Ford dealers, and Koch 33 was the only place that would squeeze me in for the next day. My car was fixed and in tip-top shape in 2 days! I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate the service team for helping me so quickly. I live closer to another Ford dealer, but I haven’t been happy with them for a while. I’ll be taking my car to Koch 33 from now on for my maintenance!

  Originally scheduled to come into the dealership for a routine oil change. Koch33 called me prior to the service and asked if I’d like a mobile service to come to my home and I happily obliged. I mistakenly picked up a shift at work and it was no problem at all! Koch33 mobile maintenance came and performed an oil change, tire rotation and gave my truck a once over right in the parking lot! I work on an ambulance and I was out on an emergency during the service. I was able to remotely unlock my truck and have the service performed. The service techs sent me a video explaining the service they provided and also detailed the remaining service life of my tires, brakes, air filters etc. These guys made getting service on my truck an excellent experience.
