  I am always kindly greeted by the staff. They address my needs in a timely manner. I can wait for my vehicle in a clean and comfortable waiting area. When I’m not able to wait, I’m safely transported home by a nice driver. I like this place!

  Friendly professional check in with a clear explanation of what would take place. Inspection and maintenance was performed in a timely manner. During the process I was sent a brief video of what was taking place. After the actual work was completed, my car was given a wash and looks great. Would highly recommend Koch Mazda service.

  The team here at Koch 33 Mazda are top notch. Had a slow leak that I scheduled in for but then caught a flat in another tire. Called the service department and they told me I can come in even though they were busy. My service advisor Josh handled me well and took care of my car while I was there. I has regular maintenance that was scheduled and they elected to complete the maintenance while I was there for the tire issue, which was completely unexpected and a great surprise. Refreshing to see an honest, professional, and personable staff here in the service department.

  I brought my CX5 in for annual inspection, end of December between Christmas and New Years. The business was busy and due to the time of year was short-staffed. Regardless, everyone in the service area was friendly and helpful even under challenging circumstances. My wait was short and they performed all of the inspections/ service I gave permission for. I love the email communication and the video inspection, which I assume is an industry-wide standard. If not, bravo to Mazda.
  I did not have the suggested rear differential oil replacement performed. I need to understand that service better. Regardless, I don’t think it is necessary after just 30,000 miles. My opinion. Otherwise I am very happy with my first experience with this service department.

  Parts, installation, and communication were excellent.
  
  Rental, time spent at business, and closeout paperwork were quick and easy.
