We are fortunate to find Ken Schwartz to buy our first home in Bergen County. He is outstanding. Ken helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. We spoke with Ken on phone and he spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes are on the market, how long listings typically stay on the market (especially in the covid situation), and providing tons of info on comps in the area. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The site that was set up by him for us made finding listings very easy. The listings were cured to our needs. I could tell he put a lot of work into his listings. In this pandemic situation, he also accommodated our several other needs where we requested video tours before we see the house in person. Given we were the first time buyer, we had no contacts of inspectors, mortgage, etc. He also gave recommendations that turned out to be great ones. He gladly did all of this. In a nutshell, we relied on Ken for all of our needs in this transaction and he provided his support at every step.
