Let me start by saying we are first time home buyers and Michele was the perfect match for us- professional, patient, caring and honest. She made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and was incredibly patient throughout our search. She took the time to explain the home buying process and thoroughly answer any/all questions we had. I always felt that Michele had our best interest at heart and, genuinely, wanted to find us a home that was best suited for us. Along the way we had an unfortunate incidence in which a house fell through and we had to vacate the apt we were in (all the seller’s fault!) but Michele was there for us every single step of the way. Michele went to great lengths to finally land us in our current home and we couldn’t be more thankful for her help. Her help goes beyond just finding us a new home -Michele is now our neighbor and has even lent a helping hand as we are getting settled in the house.
