  I have sold many homes in my life but my experience w Keith Bochner was unique. His hands on approach and willingness to listen to your ideas your needs was tantamount to anything I had experienced. Selling a home CAN be pleasant and it all start w Keith!   Hire this man. You can literally not do better.
  
  Keith held our hands every step of the process. At one point, we were getting ready to list March 16th 2020, Covid-19 hit and we decided to not follow through.
  
  During the time we were waiting to list, Keith was so responsive the entire time.
  
  He's a one man team, manages everything HIMSELF and surrounds himself with incredible networks.
  He had amazing referrals for every step of renovations and suggestions to continue to get our house staged for when we were ready.
  
  Speed to September 2020 and we decided it was time to jump ship.
  
  Professional photographers and videographers came to our home and highlighted it in a way, I couldn’t have even envisioned.
  We worked so hard on our home and he wanted to show case that…. he went above and beyond to make sure he did.
  
  At the time we were ready to list, 2020’s real estate market was extremely volatile. NY crowds flooding Nj made sell and purchase a high stress situation.
  
  At no point, did Keith even flinch. He kept our expectations balanced, kept a level head and kept us laughing through the process.
  
  He searched through hell and high water to find us a home, that met our criteria in a dry market. Then, fought tooth and nail for us. We were up against 9 bids with a contingency. We were the underdogs by a landslide.
  
  Thank you to Keith’s diligence, professionalism and all around universal diplomacy with every side of the transaction…. my husband, myself and our 2 children are in our new home.
  
  There is not a single thing I could ask more of him.

  I was very fortunate to get Keith referred to me by a cousin who worked in relocation for the sale of my home as I decided to move across the country. From my first meeting him, I liked that he did his research, was knowledgeable, confident, and easy to speak with. I decided to go with him b/c I sensed he really was passionate about his work and took pride in it, came in with ideas and a vision, and promised me maximum price and responsiveness. We entered into the contract just as COVID was starting and he got to work right away making my house amazing, being innovative with technology and marketing options during COVID, and used his network to get my house the highest number of views, online interests, and saves from the time it listed to even while it was already pending contract. Even with COVID fully onset and schools closed, we had a lot of showings and multiple offers. He went above and beyond in helping us as we moved out of state to look after house, let in various service providers, and also keep on top of telling us about lawn care and other things going on. He also had plenty of references for service providers through the process and went out to the store to help pick out paints/granite, oversaw any work done from painting to landscaping, and helped us with utilities and other matters. He always responded quickly to any questions, gave his opinion but respected mine, and worked hard for us. In the end, we got asking price with buyers who waived inspection and closed quickly. He's a good person, a superior realtor, and I highly recommend him.

  Keith Bochner listed and Sold our home in Boonton, NJ. Ironically Keith also found this home for us when we bought it 7 years before. My wife and I dearly loved our home and literally put our blood, sweat, tears, and $$$ of course into it making it what we wanted. When that time came to move on we came back to Keith to list and sell the home we loved. Keith knew our deep connection to our home and worked with us on an effective strategy and approach to the sale to take advantage of a sellers market. He did an amazing job on the marketing especially with the Video's and the website. Ultimately within 3 days of listing we had 35+ showings, multiple offers over ask, and closed on a cash deal significantly over ask, and a close within about 38 days of offer and acceptance. Keith guided us through the closing process which can be tedious and stressful to a smooth successful close. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome and I highly recommend Keith Bochner to represent you on your next home sale or purchase!
