  Dr. Berdufi is currently working with me on my scoliosis and I am seeing such huge improvements in my back and posture. I have had this my whole life and when I reached adulthood it started causing me more issues as I was sitting at a desk all day. I have back pain almost all the time due to the fact that I lean to one side. Since seeing Dr. Berdufi I am learning exercises and stretches to help relieve my back pain and she’s even helping correct my posture. She gives me the tools I need to improve my mobility. I no longer find myself suffering during long car rides or long days at work where I’m sitting for long periods of time. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful physical therapist who really cares about her patients. I receive such excellent one on one care and I look forward to my weekly sessions! Thank you Dr. Berdufi!!!!!

  Let me start by saying Dr. Berdufi is the most honest, funniest, and caring physical therapist I’ve worked with! She’s extremely knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what you need to do and what will help you through your injury. Unlike other therapists I’ve worked with, she will be up front with you and make you feel like you’ve been friends for as long as you can remember. I highly recommend anyone who is seeking a physical therapist, to see her. You will not regret your choice!

  I have had back issues for years and usually a few days after working on my back at the gym I experience pain. Since Klejdja’s office is in the gym at Retro Fitness in Wayne, I was able to visit for a physical therapy session after back day. She provided relief via massaging and cupping. Today is the day after I worked on my back at the gym and the day after my physical therapy session and my back feels the best it has in a very long time! She showed me a few stretches I should do for additional relief as well. I really enjoyed my visit and I’m looking forward to going back soon!

  I’ve had shoulder pain for years and it has severely limited my ability to comfortably workout, Dr. Berdufi helped improve my range of motion as well as my exercise techniques. Her office is located inside of the gym, it gives me a convenient opportunity to attend one on one sessions with her. Definitely reccomend very personable!

  Dr. Berdufi is an energetic and compassionate therapist who really listened to my experience and treated my injury in a way that was unique to my goals as a long-distance runner. She is super knowledgeable with exercises to help me recover and strengthen and her hands-on techniques helped me heal much quicker. After a year of pain and discouragement I am so glad I finally found a professional that really listens and understands!! Thanks to her efforts I am finally able to train again! Thank you so much!
