  I have used Action Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation a number of times for shoulder rotator cup injuries and hip therapy and I keep going back when therapy is required. Their professionalism and family setting brings a sense of trust and confidence knowing that you will be well taken care of. Their service is specialized and personalized and this brings uniqueness to the services rendered. And to top it all, service costs to the individual’s pocket I find so affordable, and with great treatment I can’t help but going back. I lift my hat to the great team work among the staffers and management. Thanks guys.

  Came in due to shoulder pain and immobility. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in guiding me through exercises and tips to eliminate the pain and get my shoulder mobility back. For several months of sessions, the team was very accommodating and caring in scheduling and planning to get my shoulder back to 100%. Highly recommend!

  I fractured my wrist and need a tendon replacement thanks to Frank and Lenny after 4 months of rehab I have complete use of my hand. They have lots of various equipment and creative ideas to get you healthy fast. Everyone there is positive helpful and knowledgeable. If you need rehabilitation this is the place to go they are the best.

  I broke my ankle and had reconstructive surgery because the none was literally turned to dust. Was a long recovery but thanks to amazing surgeon and Action Physical therapy i am up on 2 feet walking again. The staff at action PT is amazing as well as the therapist!!! I am so happy to have found them. We arw still on my journey to recovery but was made 100x’s easier thanks to Action Physical Therapy.

  After a total knee replacement, I choose to go to Action Physical Therapy for my physical therapy. One of the best decisions I’ve made in my life after deciding to have my surgery. Therapists Frank and Lenny are dedicated and totally committed to their patients. If you are looking for physical therapist who are professional, caring and knowledgeable this is the place you want to go. And let me not forget to say when you walk in you are greeted with a warm and friendly face by Elsa or Helene and sometimes Jess. The PT Aides Jess and Nuys are attentive and always willing to help you in any way they can and most importantly make you feel comfortable about being there. I am surely going to miss them as my PT is now completed. And one more person Adriana who is a PTA who is just as professional along with being warm, friendly and pleasant. Needles to say my recovery was truly outstanding and I will highly recommend them and for years to come.
