They also went above and beyond to keep the job site clean and put everything back exactly the way it was. The price they gave was by far the best we received and the work was phenomenal. I will be using them for any service they offer moving forward.

(March 13, 2023, 1:00 pm)Paul and his team are just awesome. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs going forward. They are extremely upfront and honest in all discussions. They always answer the phone or get back to you quickly. Karalis installed a new Fujitsu heat pump for us, replacing an existing AC Unit. Paul took the time to explain to me what my best options would be for the heat pump we chose; and also provided his recommendations and reasoning. The pricing was upfront and fair, the work was excellent. They did run into some issues with the supplier, but they kept me in the loop the entire time. The project went off without a hitch and the heat pump is saving us thousands on oil. Cannot recommend them enough.

We received an exorbitant quote to replace our HVAC from Horizon; soon after we called Karalis, and their quote was almost half the price. They were professional, reliable, and overall great to work with. Paul has been available to help us out with any concerns post install. As new homeowners, we feel so lucky that we found Karalis Mechanical Services to help us, and plan to use them again for any and all services we need during the life of our home!

(January 18, 2023, 9:26 pm)Paul and his staff are amazing. After many calls to various companies, I called searching for my best option for split units or a new heating/AC system all together . Paul came over to take a look the same day. Thoroughly explained everything to me. He is a good, honest, hard working man and that is very hard to come by these days. I look for companies to build a relationship with and continue to use and I have found that with Karalis Mechanical. They answer their calls, and respond promptly if a message is left. With in a week they came and installed my unit. They were clean , efficient and so polite and a pleasure to have in my home . If you’re looking for any mechanical services, these are your guys.
