  Muscatello came to our house in Newtown Square to make a minor electrical wiring repair. They knew the rest of our project depended on getting this done quickly, and even though it was a small job, they came out right away and make the repair at a very fair price. I asked them for a quote to install 5 recessed lights to brighten up my hallway. The price was right and within 2 weeks the lights were installed and they look great! As a Realtor, I've referred Muscatello to clients over the years and shared their name, and all my clients are always grateful and give me positive feedback as well. Colleen is very helpful scheduling, Mike is friendly, responsive and knowledgeable, and the technicians they've sent to job sites have been prompt, polite, got the work done quickly, and cleaned up the job site. I've had them install new fixtures, exterior and interior lighting, do panel repairs, GFCI outlets, etc. They've covered Ardmore, Havertown, West Chester, Broomall, Wayne and many other areas for my clients.

  Hired Muscatello at the recommendation of a family member for a long list of projects. They came in advance to survey the needs and ensure the day of the appointment they were prepared accordingly, which I really appreciated to complete all the work in a single visit. I also received an estimate which you don’t always receive from most electricians prior to work being completed in a formal fashion. I would definitely hire them again for their timeliness, transparency on costs and options and follow up!

  We bought a new home on the main line and needed to remove knob and tube wiring before we moved in. We got 2 quotes initially; the first said it was no big deal and then ghosted us. The second says it would be of a disaster of a job and gave us a very expensive quote. We then had Mike Muscatello come in and are so glad we did. He was very matter of fact, professional, knowledgable, with a very competitive quote. His team was able to start the job quickly, showed up reliably, kept the house very clean during the process, maintained communication, and were flexible when we decided to add additional work (dimmers, high hats, etc). I will never use another electrician company besides Muscatello Electric ever again!!

  We had two outdoor sconces installed a few weeks ago. The team was responsive, quick to provide a detailed proposal/quote and a short lead time to install. They were on time, efficient, clean and accommodating to our needs. The finished and we noticed the right light was barely off to the naked eye (1/8 or less) - we called and they came back a few days later to correct. I Would definitely recommend and hire again.

  The Muscatello team did a great job at our house recently! We had a few different projects, and several estimates were given, but Mike was the one who seemed to be the most knowledgeable and reasonable, and I’m super glad we went with him. Everyone that came was professional, they left as minimal evidence of their work as possible, and did everything we needed in a very reasonable budget and time frame. Will definitely be calling on them for any future electric work when needed!
