I used them in Oct 2016 when I purchased my first home in Glenolden. I called their office and told him what I needed which was a fix to the refrigerator outlet since a new one was coming. He gave me a fair price and fit me in on same day of refrigerator delivery.
He called the day before to confirm the appointment and explained that he had a couple of other appointments a distance away and I understood since mine was last minute (I believe I initially called him on a Tuesday for appt on Thursday of same week.)
He called me the morning of appt and was able to come before another job. When he came in, him and his assistant got right to work without turning off all the power to the whole house.
Once finished, he had me look over their work at outlet and electrical box. Instead of fixing the existing outlet that would’ve been on the side of the fridge, he created a new one where it was supposed to be which was behind the fridge.
The new fridge arrived an hour later with no issue ever since.
Sorry it took so long to write this as I too rely on actual customers usage of local companies.
I will definitely use them for future electrical needs.
