    I had to go in for an MRI in late May. This was my first MRI, and between checking in with Nicole and my experience with Susan and Amanda, it was fantastic! Everyone was so friendly, making sure that I understood everything and was comfortable during the process. I’ve also come here for x-rays and noticed the same great professionalism, and just a great overall experience. Thanks Nicole, Susan and Amanda!

    Loved this imaging center! Had to get an MRI with contrast done on my shoulder. The staff could not be more kind and amazing. Explained everything to me step by step and was with me every step of the way. I even got a thank you note when I left! Can't suggest this place enough!

    Incredible experience at this location! I searched for an upright MRI facility for months after my husband had to stop his last MRI due to excruciating pain lying flat with multiple back fractures. After calling every MRI in the area I found none could do an upright MRI with contrast. After reading reviews for Jefferson Malvern, we decided to try it. The staff was supportive, kind and caring. They did everything possible to help him feel comfortable. They had foam to cushion the table and to support his head and knees. They were also fast and efficient. Thanks for an amazing experience!

    The service I received at Jefferson Outpatient Imaging was excellent as well as the technician. My only negative experience has been trying to obtain my bill. After 3 months of waiting I called them and requested a bill. Yesterday all I received was a statement. No invoice or information on where to mail my check. I had to call AGAIN to obtain where to mail my check. It's very frustrating that I have to repeatedly try to pay for a service that apparently they don't want. So 2 thumbs down for billing.

    This has to be one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at an imagining center.

    The staff here is awesome and as courteous and professional (with a huge dose of warm personality).

    Kudos to everyone, especially Bernadette, Susan and Rochelle! 😝
