  This was my first time looking into Guided Meditation. There is no one else that I would choose for my first foray into this medium other than my long time friend and talented and gifted lady ,Jacquie Bird! Stress will always be a part of life but with the appearance of Covid 19 , the unknowns and the sickness and death that have touched us all in one way or another, the level of stress for almost everyone has reached incredible heights. We all desperately need a way to manage, alleviate, deal and move forward. My first class was great! The chimes, her soothing voice helped me relax and tune into sensations, self awareness instead of my thoughts. Peeling away the stress layer by layer. Admittedly I, like many probably need to work on tuning out the thoughts and submit to the exercise at hand. I am so excited and ready for her next class and learning about the other areas and tools that she talks about on her website and blog. I would highly recommend anyone to look into this wonderful and desperately needed Class and others that she may offer. It is affordable and registration was seamless! See you there!

  I treated myself to a private “StressBusters” guided meditation led by the amazing Jacquie Bird. I left feeling so much gratitude to Jacquie for a spirited session and a loving energy exchange. Jacquie is very intuitive and works with you to vocalize the reason for your visit and what you hope to get out of it. It was an active session with movement, meditation, sound healing, and writing- all the ingredients for a stress-busting evening! I left with pretty new crystals to add to my collection, focused questions for me to finally journal, and a peaceful calm that I haven’t felt in a while. Check her out and don’t forget to fill your cup, however that looks like for you!

  I had an AMAZING experience with Jacquie! During the Forgiveness Meditation I was able to work through soul sadness by journaling and ultimately coming to a clear path for self compassion leading to great healing. From breakdown to breakthrough! Jacquie is a Shaman of great energy and intuition capable of drawing ones energy into the light! 🙏 Serious alchemy abounds through her vibrations and tones which are experienced connecting one to their souls archetypal contract with the cosmos! A must for healing. 😌

  Jacquie's meditations are very powerful and healing. Her classes are a great solution for relieving anxiety and stress. I plan to add it to my self care schedule on a weekly basis. My kitty loves her voice too. He became so relaxed and rested during the class too. Thanks Jacquie!

  I have to agree with the review I just read from Stephen Sheriff, “my experience with Jacquie was transcendent”. These online classes have really helped with that bit of “fresh air” most of us need right now, truly giving you an experience. Friends & family members of mine who have been skeptical about & not into meditation at ALL, took one of Jacquie’s online meditation 🧘‍♀️ classes , (after some convincing) and are all singing a different tune now. During the class, each were able to just power down for awhile, and just relax. Now, they are each becoming advocates of this practice mainly because of Jacquie! Mission accomplished 👍🏼👍🏼
