  Vito, Neko and the entire Del Forno team were amazing to work with. Great communication from the team, and no pressure, just being helpful and sharing knowledge and context. I worked with the team after living in downtown Jersey City about 10 years for two apartment searches, one didn’t work out and I was happy to work with them again. They are knowledgeable about the area and always felt their counsel was genuine. As a renter any maintenance requests I submitted were handled immediately and completely resolved.

  First time reviewer here - had to let the world know that Vito‘s the best! He and his team are always super helpful + responsive whenever we need anything, and are always respectful of our space/time. So far we haven’t had an issue that Vito & co. couldn’t solve. Out of all of the landlords we’ve had, Vito’s been the best - by far! We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling that was checked the next day and fixed within a week. Would highly recommend Del Forno real estate to anyone looking in the JC area!

  I can’t begin to explain how accommodating Vito and his team has been these past couple of months. I walked into Del Forno Real Estate in late February, knowing nothing about the home purchase process. Being a first time home buyer was pretty intimidating but Vito reassured me by introducing me to the right people and fast forward 2 months later, I’m holding keys to my first condo. I’m extremely satisfied with the experience I had and attention I received. I look forward to working with this agency again in the future. Thanks again Vito!

  Vito Del Forno, the Jersey City realtor is professional, positive, knowledgeable, dedicated, very responsive and an expert in his work. Everything he told us to expect and prepare for happened just as he said. He really knows the market and advocates expertly for his clients.
  My husband and I are extremely happy that we listed our two family- property and sold with him. I will definitely work with him again.
  I highly recommend Vito, if you need a realtor in the Jersey City area. Furthermore Vito is community-oriented, he is often spending time at local businesses supporting their growth as well.
