Staff was very helpful and friendly. They called me with updates which gave things a personalized feel which I don't get from big retail pharmacies like CVS

Love the courtesy from the everyone, from the driver's to the pharmacist! Everyone is on a professional level. Had a problem with another pharmacy that didn't deliver my meds, Norman's is local and on point. All my Dr's are current with them also. I definitely recommend them over the big guy's that treat you like a small customer!
I have had a great experience with the new management. Very friendly, the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful, helped me with the copay on one of my medications that was extremely high by getting a coupon... very thankful that he saved me a few hundreds on this medication, I will definitely make this my pharmacy for on going medications.
