  Overall very happy with the PT experience.
  
  But IVY told me they checked with my insurance and that I was fully covered for a series of additional PT sessions, which I did. They told me that all I would have to pay is my co-pay. Now I've got the bill from IVY for those sessions and turns out that my insurance didn't cover it fully and I'm forced to pay $500+ dollars or get turned over to a collection agency. Beware and double check anything Ivy says with your insurance.
  
  follow up post - Alyssa has been very helpful and has followed up personally after I was unhappy with the billing departments response above. She is a solid professional and has given me confidence that this will now be resolved correctly. Many thanks Alyssa, you are a true professional!

  The clinic itself is very clean and welcoming. Alyssa is an amazing PT and makes sure your rehab program is updated when needed to keep you progressing and getting to your goal!!

  Aneta is my physical therapist. She is wonderful and I am improving. The entire staff is welcoming, professional, efficient and helpful. They are all about making their patients feel better. Love Ivy Rehab and highly recommend them.

  Aneta is the best physical therapist and the entire team is absolutely amazing ! After my son’s major leg surgery at Hss he needed a serious PT for his rehab. They are the best! Thank you so much 🙏🏻
