  I emailed early in the morning before 7AM and received a phone before 8AM. Tech, Steven, came in and listened to the noise my refrigerator was making and knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. I appreciate the quick response and the fact that he explained everything to me and explained it in a way that I understood. I thank you Immediate Appliance and will call you again if need to for any Appliance in my house!

  Bobby diagnosed the problem with my washer immediately and told me my options. The following day Bobby and Rob returned to replaced the damaged part and two hours later my washer is working perfectly and quietly. Very satisfied with the quick, friendly, and professional service. As a bonus Rob noticed my dishwasher was not installed correctly and he took the time to fix it and did not even charge me.
  This is not the first time I have used this company and I have always been satisfied with their work. I recommend them highly.

  Dave is an amazing technician. He is the first technician that we had that really knew exactly what was wrong with dryer and went above and beyond to fix the issue. He spent a lot of time cleaning the machine and explaining what he was doing. We were very lucky to have him as our service tech. Ask for Dave if you want it fixed the first time.

  I am taking the time to write this review because Immediate Appliance was by far the best experience I've had with any appliance repair service. Our technician, David, was very knowledgeable and professional, and came prepared with the parts to repair our GE refrigerator based upon the symptoms presented on the phone, instead of requiring several service calls. He took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done, and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. Plus, the response time and communication was excellent. Give them a call.

  When I called, John the service manager calmly and efficiently worked with me to schedule an appointment.
  
  A tech named David arrived on time, and promptly got to work after masking as requested due to Covid concerns. The work he did was quick and effective, but the true value he brought was his knowledge of the repair options available to us for the make and model of the range which was not working correctly. He made a diagnosis, tested out his hypothesis, gave us the results, and with that information we were able to discuss and then decide which course of action was most in line with our situation. I am very grateful for the personable professionalism he brought to the job as well. I would highly recommend David's work, and Immediate Appliance for employing techs like him. Rating is an unequivocal 5 over 5.
