(June 12, 2023, 7:32 pm)I was received with a very professional attitude, very courteous and on time. I arrived at 3:30 pm for My appointment was scheduled for 3:45 pm and the MRI tech came to get me at 3:55. Not a bad wait at all. Everyone was very nice. I would recommend this place.

(June 3, 2023, 8:30 am)The technician was very pleasant and competent. My only complaint is that I waited a half hour to be seen. I arrived fifteen minutes prior to my appointment, filled out the necessary paperwork and was ready to be seen at my exact appointment time. I understand if appointments go longer than anticipated but there was no one else in the waiting room for the 30 minutes I was waiting to be seen.

Everything at ImageCare at Sparta is designed to make the entire process easy and stress free for the patient. The technician explained the procedures before she performed them and there was no discomfort involved at all. I've been here before for other imaging procedures, and I've always been totally pleased with my experiences. I plan to continue using ImageCare at Sparta for ALL of my medical imaging needs. FIVE STARS only because I can't give TEN.

(May 4, 2023, 7:29 pm)I had a CT scan after an X-ray showed a small swelling at the base of my lower R lung. De to traffic I arrived a little late for the appointment but they were very welcoming. The secretary filled in all my information which I appreciated as I am not very technical using the newest computer forms. The Technician was very personable and the test was done quickly and I only had to wait a few minutes for my copy of the results. All in all a very efficient exam!
I go to Image Care for Mammography, Bone Density and other exams periodically and am always impressed at the quality of service! -

(February 12, 2023, 11:39 am)As I told my wife when I got home, Imagecare was a pleasure. I got a next day appointment, the waiting room was clean and orderly, the intake personnel were pleasant, friendly and efficient. My wait was short. The woman administrating the scan was friendly and gave clear instructions. I was out of there a few minutes later. And my doctor received the scans/results later that day.
If only the rest of the world was like this, ...
